What is Kinesiology?

It is a natural and integrative therapy blending Western Anatomy & Physiology with Traditional Chinese Medicine to understand and treat the functional and emotional state of your body as one.

The art of gentle muscle monitoring is used to gain natural feedback from the body to better understand the underlying causal factors of an imbalance or health issue

These could be psycho-emotional, musculoskeletal, digestive or more energetic in nature.

A range of natural treatment therapies and techniques, guided by the feedback from you and your body are then applied. Simple tools and techniques are worked through together to facilitate ongoing positive change.

This natural feedback tool enables us to go beyond the conscious physical symptoms to understand the subconscious drivers of behavioural patterns and stress.

With 20 years’ experience in behavioural research, I have a strong passion in understanding what motivates behaviour and makes us all tick.  It has always fascinated me. It is so often our own internal belief systems that dictate how we respond to the daily stresses and strains of life. These then become deeply ingrained behavioural patterns that are difficult to change. Over time they can take their toll on our bodies, our minds and our overall  health. It is only through gaining insight from the inside out about why we do what we do that we can bring about real change.  It is with this lens that I practice Kinesiology - empowering insight, understanding and bespoke treatment  to optimise your wellbeing.
