  • Integrative Reset Series : A 3 x 1 hour pathway, 350 euros, online or in person (for clients in Dublin if preferred) includes digital EFT aftercare.

This deeper work allows us to address and breakthrough stubborn patterns, unhelpful default beliefs, painful stored memories or emotional & physical blocks standing in your way. We bridge the gap between relief and deeper insight, moving beyond the surface to create long lasting release and systematic transformation.

    • My approach focuses on a powerful combination; EFT to release, blending kinesiology to further uncover subconscious tensions stored in the body. Together , these tools help us identify the roots and EFT takes the lead in actively releasing this charge, signalling to your system that it is safe to let go.
